In contrast to theCover lettersuch a profile is usually structured in tabular form, just like the CV. In our example, the structure is verbal and bullet-point-like. For other applications, it makes sense to give your personal skills a grade in the form of school marks.
Content of the performance profile
In principle, you can record everything that is relevant to the job. In our sample, among other things, the industry experience and the main areas of work were recorded. However, a qualification profile that gives an overview of your hard and soft skills is also conceivable, or aTabular list of your software skills. Write about your strengths, find personal unique selling points that you did not capture in your cover letter or when writing your CV for your job application.
A few more tips:
- Each page of your application should have as unique content as possible and there should be no repetition of identical information
- Your entire application must be coherent, both in terms of content and visual design.
- Take enough time to write the application.
