The conditions of participation for the promotion


a) The application documents of the recommended person are first checked to see whether IPSER accepts this client for placement. IPSER is not obliged to contractually accept every recommended person as a client, so that a rejection may also occur.

b) This referral promotion cannot be combined with other promotions. The personal promo code is non-transferable.

c) The discount is granted only once for each person recommended. This also applies to multiple recommendations by different persons. The legal process is excluded.

d) Placement vouchers cannot be claimed in the referral action. The job seeker must be a private payer. Only then can the referral action be claimed.

e) The recommended person must have a valid work permit and be resident in Germany.

f) Internships, working student contracts and mini-jobs are excluded from the actions.

The general conditions of participation

Our general terms and conditions for participation in our referral programme apply in the version applicable at the time of use. Separate conditions of participation will be announced independently of this and each participant accepts the conditions for participation in the recommendation programme with their participation. Participation in the recommendation programme is free of charge.

1. eligible participants
1.1 Natural persons who are resident in Germany and have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate.
1.2 Participation is only possible within the participation period. Recommendations received after the closing date will not be considered.
1.3 Effective participation in the referral programme will only take place if all necessary personal data are complete and true.
1.4 The referred (recommended) person must not be a former customer of the Organiser.

2. participation in the referral programme
2.1 Participation is not restricted to customers of the Promoter and is not conditional on the purchase of any goods or services.
2.2 Should a participant be restricted in his/her legal capacity, the consent of his/her legal representative is required.
2.3 The Operator may, at its own discretion, exclude persons from participation if there are justified reasons, such as:

a. Manipulations in connection with access to or during the implementation of the referral programme,
b. in the event of violations of these conditions of participation,
c. in the event of unfair trading; or
d. in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the referral programme.

In such and similar cases, premiums can also be subsequently revoked or reclaimed and, if applicable, claims for damages can be asserted by the organiser.

2.4 For its part, the Organiser shall not be liable for any damage that may be caused by errors, interruptions and/or delays in transmission, in the event of a malfunction of the technical equipment and the Service, in the event of incorrect content, by deletion and loss of data, by viruses or in any other way during participation in the Referral Programme, unless such damage is caused by the Organiser intentionally or through gross negligence.

3. receipt of the premium
3.1 The application documents of the recommended person are first checked to see whether the Organiser accepts him/her as a client for placement. The organiser is not obliged to contractually accept every recommended person as a client, so that a rejection may also occur.

3.2 In the event of a successful referral, the recommended (referred) person shall promptly inform the recommending person of the conclusion of the contract. The recommended person shall name the recommending person to the organiser. The recommending person informs the organiser of his/her bank details. The recommending person receives the premium offered after the organiser has received his commission for the placement in full or only the first instalment or the first instalment of the placement voucher.

3.3 The premium will be transferred to the recommender. If the amount cannot be transferred within two months after notification for reasons for which the organiser is not responsible, the premium shall be forfeited. Claims against the Organiser shall then no longer exist.

3.4 An exchange, a self-collection as well as a cash payment of the premium are not possible. The recommender is responsible for any taxation of the premium.

4. duration of the referral programme
4.1 The Promoter expressly reserves the right to terminate the Referral Scheme without prior notice and without giving reasons.

4.2 If the event cannot take place, for example for legal or technical reasons, participants have no claim against the organiser for the event to take place.

5. data protection
5.1 For the implementation of the referral programme, the data of the participating person, such as name, e-mail address, address and age, are of course required. This data is required and used for the purpose of the referral programme and will be deleted after the implementation and the expiry of the statutory retention periods.

5.2 The data of the persons participating in the referral programme will not be sold or passed on to third parties for marketing purposes, but may be used by IPSER for advertising, information and market research purposes.

5.3 Consent to the storage and analysis of data may be revoked by the Participant at any time Participants acknowledge that IPSER may be required by law to disclose the name of the recipient of an Award.

5.4 Participants are aware that there is a legal obligation to record and store data on a limited basis.

6 General
6.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively to the implementation of this referral programme,

6.2 The place of jurisdiction is Berlin.

6.3 Should individual provisions of the referral programme be or become invalid, this shall not affect the other points of the programme.

6.4 The Conditions of Participation may be amended at any time without separate notification.
